At immer, we work with anonymous session and game IDs, so we don’t know who’s playing – but we do know a lot about how it’s being played. As an administrator, you get access to statistics that show, among other things:

• Number of times a specific game is played and the total
• Development over time (daily, weekly, periodic)
• What time of day the games are used
• Average playing time
• Completed, won and interrupted games

It gives you insight into what keeps users – and what keeps them coming back. That’s valuable, especially when you combine that with the Wordbench editor’s ability to customize home and end screens. Every time a user plays, your messages are displayed – something that more customers use as an exposure surface to partners and sponsors.

And by the way…
In addition to the visual overview in the statistics module, we also provide all raw data as feed, so you can freely pull it into your own dashboards, BI systems or analysis tools.
